Paulina was born in Puerto Natales, Magallanes Region in the heart of southern Chilean Patagonia.
She graduated as a designer in Santiago and at the end of her career she went to live in Switzerland (French part) for 5 years to develop her personal and professional experience in Europe.

In 2014 she founded LE MOUTON VERT, a sustainable and ecological design brand 100% from Puerto Natales. She finally returned to Chile in 2015 to develop and work in her own company with social and environmental impact linked to design.

Le Mouton Vert is the only brand that develops its entire production chain fully sustainable from the Chilean southern Patagonia and, therefore, is unique in the world. It complies with the best standards of productivity, quality, and innovation and since its inception it has worked with its own team of 15 women, which in addition to producing employment, it also encourages female empowerment at the local level.

​Through the LE MOUTON VERT website, content is constantly created on environmental and social issues, but also on research and local topics such as flora, fauna, endemic species, and news from local communities, thus contributing to the creative and cultural industry. and tourism. 

Since 2021, she is also the legal representative and in charge of Communications for the ¨Agrupación Trinidad¨, a non-profit social and cultural group that works for the benefit and service of the Puerto Natales community.

Among her achievements and recognitions are:

  • Winner of the national award ¨TOURISTIC BUSINESS WOMAN 2018-2019 ″ granted by the National Tourism Service.
  • Fellow of Fellow of the International Entrepreneurial Leaders Program (IVLP), together with the WEAmericas: Women Entrepreneurs of Latin America program of the State Department of the United States in July 2018.
  • Lecturer on the topic "Success story in sustainable and social innovation entrepreneurship" for ProChile, October 2016.
  • Award “Entrepreneur of Creative Innovation 2015” by Universidad del Pacífico, November 2015.
  • Course and diploma awarded by "Impulsa tu Empresa", from September to November 2015.
