National Youth Science Camp (NYSC)

The National Youth Science Camp is an educational program that brings together more than a hundred students from across the United States and 20 other countries. The goal is to stimulate interest in science while offering outdoor activities where students from different countries can establish permanent links with peers who share their same interests.

It is a life-changing experience. It is so transcendent that if you asked me where I have lived the best moments of my life, I would say at the NYSC. It is not just a Science Camp, but also an amazing community, a style of education, a place to grow and to be challenged. Not long ago, I overheard a roommate playing a West Virginia song on guitar - a whirlwind of emotions jolted me back to the warm days I lived there.
